Ashley serves as the Senior Programs Lead for the West Coast at aiEDU, where she collaborates with various stakeholders in our education systems to support them in building AI literacy and AI readiness. She is committed to dismantling barriers to equity, and empowering students, educators and communities to thrive in our ever-changing world.
Ashley began her career as a Head Start teacher in San Francisco before training as a social worker in New York City. She brings extensive experience in program management, strategic partnerships, and driving equity-centered initiatives across education and nonprofit sectors. Prior to aiEDU, she managed partnerships with school districts and education agencies at Raising A Reader, working closely with leaders to deliver tailored programming and facilitate professional learning opportunities for educators.
Ashley is based in Portland, Oregon. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her partner and her dog.
