About me
Benjamin Baldizon (he/him) is the Program Manager for AI Innovation & Capacity Building at Multnomah Education Service District. He works primarily with non-instructional and cross-functional staff to design practical, low-barrier ways to use AI for workload reduction and capacity building, such as automating repetitive workflows, formatting and cleaning data, and using custom AI tools to handle tedious tasks like summarizing notes or drafting routine documents. With 15 years in schools and districts, including 11 years at a middle school (objectively the most fun age), Benjamin focuses on helping educators and staff who feel new to AI find entry points that are useful, approachable, and grounded in the realities of district work.
