Shawna is a secondary educator and instructional researcher with 15+ years of experience in K-12 education, curriculum development, and edtech design. Her research on instructional workflows has been published by Johns Hopkins University, PBLWorks, and peer-reviewed journals. Currently teaching at North Clackamas Schools, Shawna specializes in creating inclusive, human-centered lesson planning systems that empower diverse learners.
