Seth Fleischauer is the founder and president of Banyan Global Learning, a U.S.-based education company that has spent nearly two decades designing and delivering live virtual learning experiences for students and teachers around the world. With a background in psychology from Princeton University and experience as an elementary educator, Seth’s work sits at the intersection of learning science, technology, and human connection.
Banyan Global Learning partners with schools across Asia, North America, and beyond to deliver synchronous global learning programs, teacher training, and professional development—particularly for English language learners. Seth is also the host of the Why Distance Learning and Make It Mindful podcasts, where he explores how design decisions, ethics, and emerging technologies shape meaningful learning at scale.
