Nabil Zerizef is the principal of Linwood Elementary and Sojourner School in the North Clackamas School District, where he leads two distinct school communities with a focus on belonging, clarity, and student voice. Now in his tenth year as a school principal, he is known for relationship centered leadership and practical innovation that supports both students and educators. Nabil is the co‑author of A Kids Book About Adoption, part of the nationally recognized series that helps children understand complex topics with honesty and heart. His work spans SEL, communication, and AI‑supported school leadership, with a commitment to tools and systems that strengthen community connection.
